Terms & Conditions

Please read through the following terms before purchasing so that you, the customer, are aware of your liberties and limitations with the art you purchase.

1) Your order will not be refunded

Although customer satisfaction is taken very seriously, once you have placed an order, refunds will not be available.  If there are any mistakes in the artwork, feel free to use any method of contact to express your concern, but any other fixes that could have been resolved with a better thought out and placed order will not be changed.  If at any point during the making of your order you would like something changed, please express your concern immediately so it can be adressed before the piece is finished.

2) Do not claim the art as your own

This addresses the usage of the completed order.  Once you have recieved the finish product it is yours to use freely with a few rules.  Do not erase any signatures, attempt to steal any portion of the artwork, orr edit any portion of the character.  You may change the background to your liking.

3) Do not place an order with fake, offensive, or obscene content

I will not draw this, nuff said.

4) Please be patient

I may do commissions out of order if there are smaller orders behind yours so please be patient while waiting.  If there is an issue, contact me and we will sort it out.
